Red Faction is a series of shooter video games created by Volition and currently owned by THQ Nordic. All games share one common element which is the series' unique environmental destruction system. This system (based on a Geo-Mod engine) was the most proficient in Red Faction: Guerrilla where the game's entire environment was completely destructible. The series has received many positive reviews, with the original Red Faction and third installment (Red Faction: Guerrilla) getting the most acclaim. Red Faction is one of the most iconic franchises and features many ground-breaking gameplay elements. It’s atmospheric, gritty and has a meaningful message. You should definitely give it a go!
