Assassin’s Creed is a video game franchise built around action-adventure games created by Ubisoft. Its main plot revolves around a very old feud between the Assassins (who fight for peace with free will) and the Templars (who desire peace through control). Assassin's Creed mixes fictional characters with real-world historical events and figures. The franchise was born in 2007 with the release of the first game titled Assassin's Creed. The entire main series consists of nine games and was released on multiple platforms, including PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Wii U, and OS X. The Assassin's Creed games emphasize on freedom and use of surroundings. Running, climbing the sides of buildings, jumping between rooftops, sneaking, and fighting are all very well executed.
